About the Founder
Edwin O. Paña, Founder
Author | Advocate | Steward of Ideas
Edwin O. Paña is a Canadian Filipino writer, environmental advocate, and community leader whose work bridges sustainability, leadership, and reflective thought. As the founder of EP Resource Page, he created a platform dedicated to advancing conversations on energy innovation, environmental stewardship, public policy, and responsible leadership in a rapidly changing world.
With a lifelong interest in technology, economics, and the natural world, Edwin writes with clarity and conviction about the systems that shape our future. His essays explore renewable energy transitions, intelligent power systems, sustainable infrastructure, and the evolving responsibilities of nations and institutions. Through careful analysis and thoughtful reflection, he encourages readers not only to understand change but to participate in shaping it.
Beyond environmental discourse, Edwin’s writing is grounded in values. A proud member of Upsilon Sigma Phi, Asia’s oldest Greek-letter fraternity, he reflects often on fellowship, ethical leadership, and service to society. As a multi-term Chairman of the Upsilon Sigma Phi Alumni Association of North America Inc., he strengthened alumni engagement and championed initiatives that preserved institutional memory while encouraging principled progress. His leadership has been recognized with honors including the Tanglaw Award for Leadership.
Edwin is also the author of Echoes of Light: Essays and Reflections, a collection that weaves together personal insight, public affairs, and timeless themes of stewardship and responsibility. Across his work, one idea remains constant: knowledge is not meant to be stored, but shared.
